How do we find the driver?
In the case of airport/seaport transfers, our chauffeur will meet you at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport/seaport terminal. The chauffeur will be holding a sign with your name on it and will be waiting by the information desk.
If you cannot find the chauffeur please call us on 0208 907 7328.
In all other transfers, the chauffeur will meet you at the arranged location at the time agreed on booking.
What if arrival times are delayed/earlier than expected?
We check all arrival times so that we can meet you when you arrive, even if you are early or late.
How long will the chauffeur wait for us?
The chauffeur will wait for 1 hour before making enquiries with the airline/customs/immigration. If, after all enquiries have been made, there is no sign of you the chauffeur will leave. If you are delayed for more than an hour, or feel that you will be delayed, please contact us on 0208 907 7328 to let us know.
Do the chauffeurs have mobile/cellular phones?
All of our drivers are equipped with phones. You may have the use of these. The price of calls is available on request.

Do you arrange tours and sightseeing?
Tours and sightseeing can be arranged according to your requirements. We tailor make tours and sightseeing for each individual client so prices vary and are available on request.
Do you have account facilities?
Monthly account facilities are available upon application.
